If he loves him so much, he should be worried about his health, he's 1 hit away from needing a drool tray.

A guy they can actually play hockey for 100k more is a better price.

Sorry but Kahun is a better hockey player than Girgensons.

I wish that weren’t the case but it’s a fact.

- dadeadhead

So kahun at 2.3 now?

Other were thinking he was a bargain at 3.5 -4 million.

You guys not only move the goal posts, you move the entire field.

Have a great night - I'm out

He is? Didn't seem to help last year when the Sabres were second from the bottom of the league on the penalty kill.
- kingcong39

Hey 39, do you know if there is a recapture fee if they got Okposo to retire.

Some of your co workers sound like they have plenty of heart, but can't quite understand the task at hand?

They probably show up early, and appreciate their jobs.

They understand what's expected and they probably come to work- ready to work, for a fair wage.

- Boss34

Oh, well, as long as you don't have to be any good, just appreciative.

No I was saying signing Kahun at 2.5-3 million is a bargain considering 40 point players make $4 mil million

Pretty sure there is because the original contract was signed by the Sabres. I’m not sure what it is though. This is why he should get ltir (ie- Savard, Horton, Hossa) It just might have to be after the next concussion, sadly. Just move him to Ellis’s harbor center position after the LTIR.

The Buffalo Sabres have signed Zemgus Girgensons to a three-year deal worth $2.2 million per season, per TSN's Darren Dreger.
The 26-year-old picked up 12 goals and seven assists in 69 games with the Sabres last season. The former 14th overall pick has failed to hit the 20-point mark in each of his last five seasons. He shouldn't pop up on your fantasy radar.

We should have 11 mill on the 4th line as soon as they pay that other scrub Larsson.
- SABRES 89

As much as I liked the log line ...... paying 11 mill is definitely bad cap management.

Yes they won't pay a younger, better Kahun $1 million per year. Brutal.

Much rather have a new face like a Clifford on the 4rw. It’s a shame they get a chance to change the room and it’s just more of the same.

I’ll wait until Sunday to see if they do anything to move the needle. But I’m not very optimistic.

I think they get Kahun done. And at this point it wouldn’t shock me if they brought back sobotka.

So your 3rd line...

Kahun. Sobotka. Cozens.

Maybe they add Tafoli but I expect Tage at 2rw.

And maybe they upgrade a tendy. But continue with Monte playing his off side. Which he’s looked horrible doing.

These are not playoff moves. This would not keep jack happy...
