Also was talking to my best friend from College last night, who works for the Panthers and He commented... imagine if even just half of these picks pan out over the next couple years for Ottawa, Detroit etc... how freaking insanely good in this Division gonna be? Tampa, not going anywhere, Boston getting older but not any worse, Floroda, Montreal, Detroit and Ottawa with the young guns, its gonna be an absolute bloodbath, but in the most fun appointment watching TV way!

Listen, I was happy when we left the Western Conf to join the Eastern Conf....balance is about 3yrs away right now and I think the Best of the East will rise. TAM & BOS are just the tip of the ice-berg; I seriously contend that the Atlantic will be the foundationally strongest division in the NHL. OTT has been very sneaky in stockpiling picks (and dang good ones), plus shrewd trades. Watch them, soon. Parity is going to hit and then it's game-on. The Wings are about 3yrs away as well.....I would opine that the Atlantic will be a perennial 4-way crap-shoot.
