I love the Murray trade, at his worst he's still an upgrade on Nilsson and at his best, he can win you series. Will be a great option while we develop Gus and Daccord.
Looking over what happened last night, I'd say a few things....
#1. I was hoping for Byfield but I am much more excited about Stutzle then I thought I'd be.
#2. Sanderson should be a good 3/4 D in the next few years... But I still can't figure out why they didn't get Drysdale, that guy would have been our #2D perfectly. But hey, we got the second best D in the top 10.
#3. I'm really excited we picked up Greig. He was projected to be in the teen's during the draft so I'm very happy about that.
#4. I still hate those jersey's
#5. I am absolutely shocked how far Rossi and Perfetti dropped so far down.

#1. It would be interesting to find out who the Senators preferred, Byefield or Stutzle. I like our pick.
#2. Dorian said during his interview on Team 1200 that they ranked Sanderson number 4 and were happy Detroit picked Raymond. I don’t know where you have been to not know how good Sanderson is. He will be the Senators best D Man in 3 years.
#3. I don’t know much about Greig but during Dorians interview he said if they did move up it would be to draft him. Mann was ecstatic Greig was still on the board.
#4 I still have one of those old jerseys so I am happy with it.
#5. True but this is the deepest draft in decades so some players had to drop.
