Wow... also, kinda can exclude a decent chunk of days from that. Like, during the no trade windows or during when the Penguins are still active in the playoffs... so its actually higher

Blomqvist - great with his glove hand. Rarely every out of position. He tracks the puck extremely well even through screens and on redirects. His skills are extremely good with rebound control. He is young, but very developed as a goalie. Most had him projected to go at pick# 50-56. Nothing later. They say he isn't very flashy with his athleticism. He just tracks the puck well and will get the job done stopping the puck.


Clang- is more athletic a lot of goalies. He is known for being clutch and winning games by himself. He is said to have not had the best defensive teams not defenseman in front of him. This is why a lot of his stats aren't as good as other goalies, but arguably he could be one of the best goalies in the class.



I see it as Blomqvist is a Murray pre injury type. Clang is more of a Fleury/Jarry type.

Scouting report is he has superior speed. He has a quick release. He is quick to grab loose pucks and will consistentl beat people in a foot race to pucks.

What I don't get is why is a guy like Ryan Wilson covering a team like the Penquins, it is so obvious that he hates this organization , everything they do or don't do is pure negativity from this guy, he has them dead and buried for the next 10-years.
