Malgin is a small mediocre player you can put anywhere into the lineup as required without a lot of worry. Opposing coaches like that

Fixed that for ya CC. You must be into the grapes again.

7 years seems a bit much for a guy who is a banger and has had injury woes.

I don't mind the salary, last season seems like an aberration, but the term? Ouch.

- mjones242

Which is why I didn't want Anderson, had a feeling it would take an awful contract to sign him. Sure as poop he gets the literal David Clarkson contract.

Pumped its in Montreal. Their fanbase will want his head on a plate at that price and term by year 3.

Malgin's not good enough for our top 6 and too small to be in our bottom 6..

Trade for Parayko
- Canada Cup

hopefully, at least present a Paryako trade option to Armstrong/St.Louis... you'd need to give up a bunch... but it would address a few problems in one move.

That term is offensive.

It’s U6feet hockey.

His picks of Hughes, Boeser and especially Pettersson were great, Juolevi and Virtanen - not so much. Jury is still out on Podkolzin
- winsix

Thanks for being politically correct about it. They weren’t good picks at all. Jakes OK.
Just OK...

As a $700,000 fill in, he's fine

I don't mind him as a 14th forward, just not playing regular minutes

Sounds like the #NHLBruins have held firm on their 6 x $6.5 million offer to pending UFA D Torey Krug. He's expected to hit the market tomorrow, but the Bruins have left the door open for them to reconnect once Krug sees what's out there.

He shouldn’t have a regular spot. Agreed.

We gonna sign Wennberg now?

Lots of goalies available this year...

Trade Freddy to get rid of his contract (and sub-par playoff performance) and then try a UFA on the cheap? Use cap space for D?

I would have him as a target.

Plenty of options for the bottom 6 tmro.

Its the D that will be tough.

I like Crawford...

2x4M gets that done I think.

Wait, They didn't qualify Bracco? How will we include him in every trade now?

Generous offer from the Bruins - doubt he gets that elsewhere, we'll see.

I just want to see something happen... hopefully tomorrow is the mass Armageddon everyone is predicting...

In other news, Dubas said the same thing on overdrive I have heard the last few years... toughness, blah, blah, blah... Talk is cheap, Kyle. THis team doesn’t have teh balls nor the defensive core to get anywhere near a championship. Drastic change is needed...

Ottawa voluntarily too on 3 million in cash for Gudbranson today - which makes no sense to me for a "poor" team. So I have no idea what is going to happen. Maybe someone loses their mind and gives him 7 x 7

If the Leafs can't get Pietrangelo, Krug is a good consolation prize

Edmonton looking for:

A) Goalie = Andersen✔️
B) 3C = Kerfoot ✔️
C) Dman for PP = Dermott 🤨

So, what can we get for Freddie Dermott and Kerfoot?
