Hutton was 42nd in the NHL min 10 games in 5 on 5 sv%.

Ullmark was 10th.

The problem is each were well below replacment level in stopping high danger shots which Krueger limited with his system.

They also were terrible PK goalies.

Seems like most here think Ullmark would be an “ok” part of a tandem,
and we need to upgrade Hutton

If we can do that, this should be a playoff team

They are just about the worst tandem in the NHL in stopping scoring chances and on the PK, which is where a majority of goals come from.

They weren't anywhere near top half for starters or backups

There were also 4-5 drops as well.
In my humble opinion, last night was not Josh's best night but I don't think he was bad Josh of last year either.

The entire team seemed flat last night, all of them.

I may be wrong but Tremaine has not been playing well for whatever reason?
I believe Milano is more important to that defense than Tremaine is.

For instance, I'm no expert nor would I ever claim to be one but on Henry's td run, I believe the 2nd td for the Titans.

It appears to me that Tremaine goes out of his way to not keep his gap integrity, almost to deliberately avoid a straight up altercation with Henry in Tremaine's gap.

Tremaine has not played well in my opinion.
This defense deeply misses Milano when he is out.

I heard Hall on the instigators talking about this. He basically said that Ralph told him dont worry so much about where you'll play on the powerplay as much as getting the 5 best PP guys out there.

You could be right though. Maybe Staal and Olofsson are on PP2. Wouldnt suck to have 2 good units

1st INT was right off Robert's back shoulder. Got both hands on it - a routine catch for an average WR. Not Josh's best catch but there's a reason Roberts is our 6th receiver. Robert's catch along the sidelines on the next drive (a throw one QB in the league could have made btw) was a much tougher catch

He righted his ship somewhat in the AHL. I saw his star potential chart, he's climbing, rather than falling, based on last season at least.
