So in those 6 games you like to cite that Kahun has been here for, you’ve totally noticed him being a bad teammate, taking shifts off, and not working hard?
Just call it like it is, you are up Adams and the Pegula’s ass and will defend whatever they do. - sbroads24
Yep, occasionally I climb out of the pegula's asses and post here.
Very similar surroundings 😉
I like Adams. Always have. Gonna give him a chance
I like girgensons. 2.2 is fine for him
I like tage at 1.4
I like lazar at 900,000
I like stahl and didnt like Johansson
I didnt like kahun at 3.5 or anything close
I like the Sabres and you have become a child in the past 24 hours around here. Turn in your Sabres card already.
Kahun boo hoo hoo
Dont threaten to quit , just quit being a fan.
Save on the tissue's
So basically gmka is building the team the way I like |

Is Kahun a “difference maker” in your opinion?
Nice player i guess,
but you’re really overdoing his loss - jdfitz77
JFC.
Are you here simply to tell everyone whether they are acting appropriately or not? |

He’s not though. That’s what the Pegulas lovers are missing. It’s a total flaw in their bargain hunting.
Them letting a valuable player who is super affordable walk is poor asset management on top signing Girgensons to that god awful contract. |

Well that's interesting - Buff36
Maybe we get josh Anderson for a 3rd?
Blake coleman for a 4th ? Because tampa is cutting salary. (He makes 1.6 million)
Maybe we trade with Arizona I've heard?
Maybe we trade with New Jersey I've heard?
Maybe we trade for a goalie yesterday?

Anderson got traded for Domi
None of the other things have happened yet. Seems like the sales are bargain hunting on the trade front as well. Maybe not give up a 4th rounder to move up 4 spots when you don’t have a 3rd rounder. |

Yes, Anderson was my #1 target.
He got paid too
I just cant start hating on kagm , for good smart moves so far.
I'm fine with the Quinn pick too.
Take the guy you like.

yes
expect a few fringe nhl guys in the 23-26 year old range
only chance you are getting an LD is if they move montour or miller, which I doubt happens
pretty much shop is closed other then a few TJ Brennen type guys
Matt Martin if you are lucky - homiedclown

The blame for not qualifying Kahun falls on Allen and Ralph. I'm sure Kahum doesn't reach the level of ownership having a huge say on his coming or going. You guys are building him up wayyyyy too much. Do you think KA goes to the Pegula's and asks, should I qualify Dominik Kahun? Is this group this stupid? KA has some autonomy.

The Girgensons move was not smart. No matter how much you like said player. Nothing about that deal was or will ever be smart.

if quinn was their guy, good for them
he is a sabre now so I wish nothing but the best for him and the team
and 4 years down the road I will not say we should have picked player x or player y
the crazy thing, still after day 1
we are icing bott's team, the guys he picked, and relying on the prospects he picked to turn the corner (casey, cozens and tage)
I honestly have to ask, why did he get canned because aside from bringing back kahun and or larry, it's the team he built going into next season which is never the case when changing gm's |

Girgs played well last season.
What am I missing? Did you not think he played well under Ralph? 12 goals?
There are so many other issues than girgs at 2.2
He's an nhl and chose to sign in buffalo.
Kahun though, put him on the second line? - Boss34
He was the same defensively under Ralph that he was under Housley. The only difference was a shooting percentage of 14 compared to 6 the past four years.
I highly doubt he shoots 14% again, and it's much more likely he reverts back to his norm of 6%.
Also factor in he may not have a strong defensive center in Larsson helping defensively anymore.
Will his defensive metrics suffer as a result? It's possible.
Combine that with an abnormally high shooting percentage and I see a good chance of regression for Zemgus. |

easy to predict given the covid issues
no trades for the sabres
no middle 6 guys
no goalie
new gm
very strange |

So you come after me, when I didn't say one thing about you, and never said anything about NJ. And sorry for posting stuff I heard, and we are still looking into a goalie and if I remember what I said yesterday and today is that they were hoping to get a goalie and 2 forwards in the next couple days. And Arizona was a rumor, and Raatna was brought up. Funny how Chad D even brought it up a couple days after I posted it. |

They may be briefed on the wholes list but they don't sign off on players the level of Dominik Kahun, now if they sign players like Toffoli yeah
