No they won't but as of now, Eakin is the 3rd line center.

Who is saying Larsson is elite?

Is Girgensons elite?

They won 30% of the games Girgensons played in. It wasn't time for him to fly?

Eakin has a negative overall impact for his team when he is on the ice.

If they would've brought Larsson back, not extended Girgensons, and not signed Eakin, they'd be ahead right now.

Kahun is confunsing, optically I liked the little bit we seen from him and he hasnt been a part of the mess here. Otherwise it seems like pretty standard ops to me. We knew some of the depth would come back and some wouldnt.

Girgensons is surely an overpayment and the fancy stats have their say but they have started to get a different mix going and surely there is more coming

3C is much Different than 2C though, and there have been say ~10 1st year players in the last 2 -3 years who have worked their way into 2C positions having started lower...but I'm only talking about taking a 3C spot from a 4C player.
Not talking about 2C like they did with Mitts...plus now they have Jack, Eric and this scrub to help mentor him.
