I know you've been cloud over the Sabres for the past 3/4 days, and not unrightfully so, but what would be a successful day to you.. Mix in cheap signings, big signings, whatever. Just kinda curious, because we do have to sign some players to even fill out our roster.

I have to change the gears in the rear end also but that may be tomorrows project.

They always wanted Toffoli over Hall, I said Toffoli a month ago but they won't pay him 7 mill a year. I was told the " team cap" is because they want to budget for Dahlin and still be active now and during the year with some cushion if needed. But, we all know....................................... it's the Sabres.

If you're getting Turcotte and Byfield, that's prolly as good as you're gonna get for Eichel TBH. maybe a couple ancillary pieces. If it's just Turcotte, idk what else they have (I know they are loaded with prospects, just don't know who they are).

So Haula, Toffoli, and bye bye Hutton would be a win, or some others (like Soderberg and Fast) that would be good. Even if we are going cheap (which we are) I don't think those guys are out of the running honestly. Most of the middle guys will take shorter deals so they can possibly get bigger ones when the cap rises, hopefully.
