2016 might be sort of saved with Tarmo. I sort of forgive them for 2016 from the lack of picks. They needed to nail 2015 once they made that trade, and Gropp being a bust and an uninspiring draft class was just inexcusable.

Pretty much everything surrounding that draft the team did was the wrong move.

I'm going to go the other way and say they can have him. I'm not ready to hand the keys of 2C yet to Chytil, so if the choice becomes Strome or Wennberg, I'm taking Strome.

Fox aside, I think he has a chance to be our best dman of the lot. Plays a responsible game and has more puck handling and shooting acumen than people will give him credit for.

If he comes anywhere near his potential, I think people will forget about ones that got away like Graves real quick.
