The D needs a top 4 RHD.
Goal is set.

Not all that bad with 8m or less to spend.
Hoglander OJ have a shot to make it.
OJ replaces Fatty which is an upgrade.
Hoagie is 50/50 but good insurance.
Rathbone I believe will platoon.
Rafferty has a real shot at replacing Stecher.
Chatfield also if a more stay at home RHD if that is what is wanted. Neither is much if any of a downgrade.

Bubble team again with the division getting better. I like the idea of prospects getting a shot. We could surprise ppl. If not then a lotto pick.

Packaging a dump is more likely. Nobody is rumoured to be lining up & so far nobody looking to do them any favours. Johnson already drew no interest. Low QO’s will piss them off. Cirelli & Sergachev due a big raise.

Throwing Rathbone and/or OJ into the deep-end might be a better development outcome if there's no other professional league available because of changing circumstances.
