i'm not expecting much so how can i be disappointed?

you warned me about jimmy butler too and he was great and exactly what they needed according to these squeaky sneaker fans around here who have bEEn pining for him ever since he left and the sucksers fell apart without him.

I hope not! I like him and he's effective. More than some, and he has size and knows how to use it. I believe others will go before him.
- Snots33_77

Wouldn't be my first choice but if he doesn't plan on bringing him back after the season, might as well get something for him... but I don't believe he'll be the one to go

sure, but they were saying MB would have to pay to get rid of Byron, where Armia could bring a decent return. we'll see
- fidopro

But then how do they pay said decent return?

Probably meant picks as opposed to giving away picks to get rid of Byron

They’ve already got lots of picks for next draft and with the contracts limits they can’t keep drafting like mad men...

If it's Byron that goes, I'd give Kovalchuck a million of that money to hang out on the 4th line with Evans and Lehkonen.... use him on the PP, might be good for Romanov too

I know but he can keep pushing some back a year, like he's done already.... unless he trades him for a prospect, probably wouldn't be a very good one though

Always something to talk about

He could trade him for a pick in 2022... I really don't think Armia is the one going anyway

With their draft history having more picks can't hurt

I'd rather give that to Perry i think? Better playoff performer and tougher.

If it's Byron, you think Bergy would grab Kovalchuck for a million to replace him on the 4th line?

I just think Kovalchuck can still beat goalies with his shot, it would give a pretty unique dimension to a 4th line, especially with guys like Evans and Lehkonen, who work their asses off

Not quite the Danault/Domi debate but I stand with team Kovy over Perry 😄

it could be a prospect or some picks.
anyway I doubt they'll move Armia, if they're serious about making the playoffs, he's certainly not at the top of the list to go prior to the season's start.

Kovy is a pure offense, having him on 4th line will be trouble, same with Perry. Try Haula
