He won’t need to. The Trumps are already lining up their own cable network. It’s been in the news cycle for a while now. They are currently negotiating with One America News Network to join forces to create a new Trump network to promote the Trump brand that now has a political agenda.

The problem is is that Trump supporters are more likely to vote in person (mail in fraud claims and demographics), so the early results will tilt red. Once more mail in votes are counted in the post-election days/weeks, things will most likely turn more blue. But that's enough time for Trump to reiterate how much of a scam it all is, and it's rigged, and he'll have it end up going to the Supreme Court.

At least that's what I see as a potential to unfold.

I'm pretty sure every state has different rules about when mail in votes are collected and counted. Apparently a couple of the key swing states happen to be ones where they're not allowed to even start opening them until election day.

It varies from state to state. Some count as they come in, some start after the polls are closed.

It depends on the state.

The whole system is completely franked up - the Governor of the state decides how an election is conducted - there's no standard.

Some states will count before the election is over. Some will do it afterward.
