The dad just picked them up. Took him 10 minutes to convince his kid to come with him. The boy was running around screaming all around the house while the dad was there saying "Ok, come now, we're going...come on now...".

thankfully, they took the pots away for cleaning (pretty sure they clean them with ass judging by the taste of the coffee) so i can't have another even if i wanted to (which i probably would have because i am a glutton for punishment).

Damn Skippy. I yelled at mine all the time. And if they were doing something that would hurt themselves or someone else? I'd flick them, hard, right between the eyes. They learn not to do stupid things real quick. My 15 year old still lives in fear of the flick!

I went to the governmental office to hand over some documents and get my fingerprints taken, took about 2 hours, and for 3 days I've been trying to go to a secretary at Uni only to be told today that it's not the right place and I have to go somewhere else...that got closed for a week because there was a case of covid announced today.
Plus I've had trouble sleeping because of stupid acid reflux that led to some vomitting at night.
