I almost ate and drank myself to that point but was fortunate my doctor turned me around before it went too far. I was super lucky. He actually explained to me after we'd reversed things how close I was to permanently having major issues. Oddly learning about food and cooking was what helped turn it around |

my dumb neighbour downstairs texted me last weekend, she wanted to know if I had some cat food to spare for a stray cat... not that it isn't a nice gesture, but I wouldn't want a bunch of stray cats around my apartment just waiting to be fed
