i used to go to harrah's and play slot machines and drink free booze. but atlantic city is crappy now. i guess i don't really like the shore anyway. people only go "down the shore" when it's blazing hot and humid.

It's great! You don't have to bring your own needle there's a bunch on the beach and boardwalk that you can use.

No really I'm asking. For a country with a reputation for donuts I have no clue where to buy even semi decent donuts. At this stage I'd almost rather hit the grocery store for a box of the mini powdered donuts over my other options

Yes. Bacteria on the beef can't penetrate the muscle (unlike chicken for example) so if you cook the outside of a steak the uncooked or even raw inner portion is safe. When grinding the muscle the outside mixes with the inside causing contamination issues.
