if the United States and Canada don't allow constant travel back and forth with no exceptions, I dont see how they can have a normal season without a Canadian division

like the Bluejays, they got around this by playing all their games in Buffalo this past season

Here's what I don't get:

If testing were more frequent and available, we would be able to put all of these travel restrictions behind us. I went for a rapid test a few months back for required travel, and it was a breeze. It took 5 minutes to administer the test and I found out in 45 minutes that I was negative. The White House has been using a similar test for months. Why can't airports (and in this case the NHL) use the same test? Require travelers to arrive to the airport 2 hours early and test the poop out of people. If you don't have the coco you can gogo.

I just solved the travel ban. Accepting write ins on Nov 3rd.

just looking at the prelim 2021 NHL draft a bit, I dont think it's going to be nearly as good as it was this year overall

I think the top 3 picks could very well be defensemen

gonna be a really weird year for junior hockey too, who really knows when the OHL is gonna start playing

if there was a great trade out there where our 2021 first rounder was included, I dont think I'd cry about it

it's gonna be 4 divisions, one of them being that Canadian division, and the 24 remaining american teams will be broken up into three 8 team divisions and they will only play each other in a 48 game season to limit travel

Good point. I actually think first rounders will carry far fewer weight this year. I bet we see a few of the first rounders go to Seattle for picking specific players.

Bring it on. So it seems this season will really be a throwback to divisional play. Really hope however they sort it out makes it competitive. The Metro alone is going to be sick if they went that route.

Sucks there will be a ** when we win the Cup this season, but I'll take it.
