I watched the highlights today again. There's a LB waiting to read either the handoff or the keeper. Im not so sure it's a 1st down if he hands it to moss. Granted the LB is flat-footed. Give it a second watch if you haven't. I know the commentators said that in-game but I'm not so sure. There is a man in position

Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s Girgensons.

Perhaps they think he can play the “Zach Hyman” role in the top 6.

Forecheck when we are dumping it in, be the F3 when we enter with possession so that way he can cover up defensively.

Goalies have to make saves in the PK, Their SV% improves he is a better PKer as is the team. Linus PK SV% and high risk chances sucks. The goalie is the best PKer.

Linus would probably tell u himself. If you are not going to block it don’t get in the way. The Sabres stats for shot blocking were bad. If there was a stat for how many were deflected towards or own net I’m sure the Sabres would be right up near the top. Better pk means more blocked shots or let the goalie see the puck. Bottom line is stats can sometimes be very misleading or not totally looking at the whole picture.
