Holy sh!t, that is bad.
Ullmark certainly played a part, but wow that's shockingly bad. Thanks for sharing. - Powerslave
I knew it was bad, but that puts it in perspective (unfortunately) |

Congrats, step right up and collect your prize.
Your self entitlement and macho attitude says more about yourself then it does anyone else.
Hatboro is that you ?
Have a nice day though.

I know people don't want to hear it, but I think Rieder is going to be a regular. I wouldnt be shocked if Okposo is a healthy scratch a lot this year. Sorry to say it but he's pretty useless as a 4RW if he can't kill penalties.
Without Rieder in the lineup, it's hard to name 4-5 PK guys
The Moulson-ization begins this year - jcragcrumple
Irwin, I believe, is another key piece but the real key piece(s) is (are) Steve Smith (and Ralph) |

Selling this. Okposo is still effective in his given role. I think you're benching Miller and Lazar, regularly. - TheSabresTaco
Minus Rieder and Lazar, who's killing penalties?
Girgs
Eakin
???
???
Eichel? Not a huge fan of using up his minutes there. Staal hasn't done it much recently. Tage and Olofsson? Cozens? |

On the defense- probably McCabe and risto
Irwin?
Maybe dahlin gets a swing at it this season? |

I edited the post, but those two are clearly here to make that job their priority. Eichel has also shown to actually be quite effective at it. Not that you want him out there to start. Probably the last 30-45 seconds. Risto, McCabe, Eakin, Reider, Irwin, Girgensons.. not sure how Lazar does. Joker might even get out there too.

I'd be pretty impressed if Dahlin gets out there this year for PK. I think eventually he's that all situations guy, but he hasn't shown it yet. Still has a few years to begin his prime, too.

Id prefer not to have him pulling Larry duty at all unless they're down a goal in the 3rd and then maybe put him with Rieder to try to get a shorty.
I think olo and Tage killed penalties in Roch. Maybe they'll try to utilize Tage's reach. I know the defensive metrics on Okposo are good, but he basically brings nothing else to the table |

That’s fine if Reider is a regular.
This team just has a knack for employing so many guys who you can’t play 5 on 5 regularly, or if you do you can just expect bad results.
Reider will probably help the PK a little bit. He also is just plain bad at EV
Lazar/Reider/Eakin/Girgensons- O/U 18 1/2 goals between the 4 of them |

That's what he brings to the table. Unfortunately he makes 3-4M too much. But he's still useful on the ice.

A defensive forward who doesn't kill penalties is a precarious place to be. I'll put some internet points on him getting scratched a decent amount if everyone is healthy |

I’m assuming that the plan is to roll 4 lines.
If they are planning on using the Eakin line as a defensive matchup line we are in for a real treat |

Woudlnt call him a defensive forward.. I would call him a smart hockey player which translates to being in the right position. Still slow A F |

Probably right in regards to dahlin. Maybe he develops later in the season.
Good call with eichel on the PK
Maybe eichel and hall , down a goal ? |

I'd be interested in a friendly internet point wager.
I agree with you on okposo and where he (should) be.
Probably the press box. But:
I think ralph likes him alot and uses him with girgs in some offensive matchups. Probably replace larry minutes with eatkids at times.
Girgs- eatkids- okposo
Hybrid 3b /4a line |

More playing time for risto?
Wasn't expecting that this morning 👊
* I could see dahlin get some pk time too |
