The number 609 is made of the energies and attributes of the numbers 6, 0 and 9.
woah, that's incredible. |

Karine
Hains: On Kovalchuk
Free agency kicked off two weeks ago today and plenty of fish remain in the pond. Rumblings about the possibility to bring back Kovalchuk have started to make their way on social media. - Karine Hains
I would not bring him back...
...but part of me wonders if his influence on the kids might be worth it. TBH - I expected him to be selfish when he got here, but his whole team first attitude and helping the kids was a real surprise.
As you stated, I just do not think there is room for him anymore, with the additions made to the team this off season, unless MB is looking to dump a contract for cap space and backfill the position. |

I wouldn't neither, IF anything, to back Danault in case he doesn't sign or being unhappy I would sign Erik Haula for $2MM AAV if we can dump a contract

Hopefully they can resign Danault, but if not oh well. Decent 3rd line centers are a dime a dozen, not saying getting one as good as Danault would be easy, but getting a meh replacement would be. |

Definitely, but like many said , this is going to be the last year of the Tatar Danault Gallagher line

Yeah. I almost think they'd be better off resigning Tatar at the expense of Danault because Tatar is better at scoring goals and this team is already weakest on the left wing. Oh well like I said before, I think this year is the year to go for it for the reason you mentioned. Oh and they ll be weakened by the expansion draft because they're deep now. |

Pretty sure Tatar is the one leaving, replaced by moving others around when Goal Caulfield shows up, or a cheap signing while they wait. |

I vote for signing Kovalchuk yes to be a mentor to Romanov, to bring Russian culture to the team which is missing it lately, and to be a superstar mentor to everyone. He's been there, done that. |

Were I still there, I'm not sure if my home would have also in the 856 zone or stayed 609. My family moved away while I still was in school—between middle and high school, to be exact. But to this day, decades and decades later, I can still vividly recall the number at the house I grew up in (we did move locally a couple of years before leaving the state), even though I've long since forgotten every other previous number I've had since then (except for my current numbers, of course). I guess it's a product of my folks making sure I'd be able to phone home should I get lost (or some other emergency), as I became old enough to be out on my own. That was when I was 6 or 7, or whatever the age was following kindergarten. Nowadays that's too young and it would be akin to child neglect, prompting scrutiny from the authorities. |

Why not try Kovy with a PTO. Does He have that many suitors lined up ?
Now Pat's performance Thursday was Oscar-worthy like Jean Lundegaard in Fargo. Wrapped in a shower curtain wailing and screaming about Mods, Refs, ban everyone, where are you, then it shifted to why the post got locked down, was it chicken, peanuts, who, who, where am I supposed to go, we are all friends here, on our own playground, we own this site. Mods, I'll take my lumps for telling the truth. |
