I like to think I’m not lazy with my views.
I don’t think I’m smarter than everyone, since hockey comes from plenty of perspectives.

To be perfectly fair, you're definitely not lazy with your views -- it's pretty clear you've done your homework and you've put some thought into what you're presenting.
I don't actually think you're looking to be "smarter" than anyone else. Just seeing if you were paying attention.

For the record, Max seems to enjoy taking contrarian positions for no other reason then to pretend he's smarter than you. Santo, at least, doesn't seem to take positions just for argument's sake... but he definitely thinks he's smarter than you. - mjones242

We're heading into boring season on here, hope we can get some actual news to talk about in the new year. Crazy to think about how a guy like Brady Tkchuck wont play a legit hockey game in a full calendar year.
Was listening to Spittin Chiclets and Hanafin was on, he said he's happy he was able to play in the play in rounds just to get some legit hockey in. He said guys like Tkchuck are probably going crazy with anxiety about not playing in a year.
My iPhone charging cables are all 3rd party and I've never had any issues. 🤷 - mjones242

I had a HORRIBLE time with lightning cables. I tried all kinds of inexpensive ones. They all said they were certified none worked, or lasted more than a day. The last ones I bought were expensive, but they were Anker which I know is a good brand...
I still need these damn things because they somehow disappear. I have probably purchased 20 cables in the last 2 years for my wifes iPhone and my son's iPad.
Now the Ipad, THAT is a fantasic machine. He got the 12.9" Pro, 256G. It's sweet.

Considering all the genetic code that hat has gobbled up, you'd think it would have mutated into some kind of super hat by this point. It's probably even smarter than the Hogwarts Sorting Hat!

Crazy that you've had such bad luck with cables. I just checked my last order on Amazon and I bought a 2-pack of Ankers (for $30... cough). They have lasted over a year now without issue.
They're red which helps to stand out amongst the rest of the ridiculous amount of cables that have accumulated (I've resorted to colour coding to make things easier to spot).
Per iPads, we have a 1st Gen Mini that has withstood the test of time. Would like to get a new one but, yes, they are damned expensive. Stupid Apple!

My son had a gen 4. We still have it, works fine, but cant be updated anymore.
He got so much use out of it that we sprung for the new one... but yeah, 1500 is a big ticket.
