I thought you guaranteed Eriksson never wore a Canucks jersey again?

I did. I didn’t understand the salary repercussions 🤷‍♂️ Sorry for not being up to date on the CBA. Happy Halloween 🎃 and GFY

Keeping Sven on the roster is more unlikely then LE. His relationship with the club really soured when he elected not to show up for the play-in. He could have slotted in for TT after game 1 injury as a choice over LE. As for now, why take ZacMac's needed role away to keep Sven up?

Waiving Sven and LTIR Ferland is cap they can hold for TDL. However, wouldn't the lower cost and bigger benefit of whole season serve them to use it earlier.

I should find this disturbing but I live in Metchosin, sheep country, sheep are scared and farmers wear Velcro gloves.

I don't think you've read all the posts explaining subsequently and even in this thread that Utica needs to be operational 100%. With that in place only then can leverage be applied. How long you think he'll play for $1M to be there?

Some now think he'd be happier doing that then getting $750K because of escrow or others that Aqulilni will block waiving him to save the money. Well that means then Sven won't get waived this time either. Which puts them in a pickle if Ferland isn't LTIR. Then there is the pro rata talk. It complicates things more.

But if it was just about saving money then why didn't they buy out Suttter? That looked to me about cap savings can be had elsewhere and they rather pay him less the escrow then have his cap hit next season too.

I’m sure his picture is right next to the definition of...

“Narcissistic personality disorder — one of several types of personality disorders — is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others. But behind this mask of extreme confidence lies a fragile self-esteem that's vulnerable to the slightest criticism.

A narcissistic personality disorder causes problems in many areas of life, such as relationships, work, school or financial affairs. People with narcissistic personality disorder may be generally unhappy and disappointed when they're not given the special favors or admiration they believe they deserve. They may find their relationships unfulfilling, and others may not enjoy being around them.

Treatment for narcissistic personality disorder centers around talk therapy (psychotherapy).”

How many votes do I get at the next meeting, I mean I’ve had to defend you an awful lot lately and I think compensation is in order.

No need to apologize for having the BEST GM in Canucks history.

Now if we could only get a half decent coach that knows how to develop the youth..

Virtanen, Gaudette are two that immediately come to mind, both have been stunted in their growth because of Greens petty grudges.

Not playing Toffoli with Pearson was petty. Green's ego stunts player's growth.

JV brought this on himself because he's stupid.

AG 33pts in 59 games isn't too bad.

I think you're reaching and can't accept the fact Green will sign an extension soon.

trying to overcompensate for your own insecurities? No worries Canucks will either deal with LE or we can all blame JB and Aquallini for not.

TT got 10 points in 10 games Horrible line placements. Green knows exactly how to take this team to the next level.
