Not it is not. If it wasn't for the electoral college, 3 states would decided the election everytime. Kinda like Quebec/Ontario. If ever they decided to go to the popular vote, that would be the end of the United-States. This is not debateable. |

ouin j'avoue qu'il faut considérer comment la population est dispersée,... et aux États-Unis les états ont beaucoup plus de poids que les provinces au Canada, alors les enjeux sont différents
