I’m also in the minority with codes on this one. Jar jar and anakin are both annoying af. But Darth Maul is one of the better villains. Ewan and liam are perfect jedi/apprentice. Natalie Portman is perfectly cast. There’s reasons to like the movie, we all know that most don’t. Wado and Boss nass are also two of my personal favorite bit characters.

I feel pretty much the same way about ep1. Casting and writing was a little cheesy, and jar jar is one of the worst characters ever written in star wars, but qui-gon and obi were great together, maul was a great villain

Plus you could have him be the bad guy in Ep 7, rather than a clone(which was thought to be impossible to clone a force sensitive, let alone have it become a master). I hated how they wrote Luke's character in 7,8,9. The whole movie makes little sense to begin with.
