I feel pretty much the same way about ep1. Casting and writing was a little cheesy, and jar jar is one of the worst characters ever written in star wars, but qui-gon and obi were great together, maul was a great villain

Editing and writing were brutal and the Jar Jar character as well. But yes Maul, Obi Wan and Qui Gon were very well cast. Theought Portman was ok but never had great chemistry with Hayden Christenson...they could have casted those two roles better IMO.

I"m sure there is Trade paperback form post-movies but nothing before the films to my knowledge. Would you like a link to purchase?

I still wish they went with the original plan to have Darth Jar-Jar. His character would have make a lot more sense in the movies. Plus you could have him be the bad guy in Ep 7, rather than a clone(which was thought to be impossible to clone a force sensitive, let alone have it become a master). I hated how they wrote Luke's character in 7,8,9. The whole movie makes little sense to begin with.

Was that actually a thing? Heard something about that...

I like a lot of what Tulsi Gabbard has to say about foreign policy as well.

Liked: 1-6 + rogue one. Disliked 7 so much that I didn't bother with Solo or 8. I'll give them a shot one day, but as of right now, not a chance.

Mandalorion has been a breathe of fresh air compared to the garbage that has been displayed in the last 5 years.

1-3 are pretty rough watching them back with a critical eye. I watched 7 and was unimpressed, then watched 8 and it is just horrendous in so many ways. I watched it with 3 other people and we each had completely different reasons for why we hated it afterwards

Haven't seen any of the offshoot ones, I decided after 8 I couldn't give any more money to such a joke of a franchise.

I have heard that in a vacuum Mandalorian is a pretty decent show, I might pirate it someday, no way I'm paying for Disney+

It was widely rumoured(thought to be a bit more than a rumour) that it was the original plan, but got scrapped after how bad the fans reacted to Jar-Jar. I read that it was a rumour leaked from some on Lucas's team.

I really enjoyed 3, it is probably my favorite.
Mandalorian has its cheesy moments as well, but for the most part, its really really well done. If I must say, its absolutely worth the 9$ sub fee for disney+ alone.

I’m also in the minority with codes on this one. Jar jar and anakin are both annoying af. But Darth Maul is one of the better villains. Ewan and liam are perfect jedi/apprentice. Natalie Portman is perfectly cast. There’s reasons to like the movie, we all know that most don’t. Wado and Boss nass are also two of my personal favorite bit characters.

If jar jar is the emperors master, then I can get on board, however from what I understand George changed his role based on reviews.

I saw the premier in theater on opening night, stood in line for 3 hours and loved it, but of all 11 movies out right now, episode 1 is the least liked.

She's awesome, I hope she gets a chance one day, the establishment will never allow it though....

Not quite sure, not as organized as team whiner. When you became captain of the tear brigade, did you just message people to join or how does it work?

Also in all seriousness the list of people who have called you out for being a whiny complainer is too long to compile. Maybe just go smoke a j instead.

Really? I never noticed. When she is laying on her tummy on her surf board. Wearing those tight surfer shorts.

Just read this on the hotstove, I don’t think EP40 is in the top five for centers in the West because he doesn’t take faceoffs, which is a huge responsibility for a center, hopefully he builds up the strength to be a full time center next season.

i agree, but the same rules should probably apply to the Oilers when it came to Draisaitl - McDavid - Kassian, who played a massive amount of time together at 5v5 last season.

Pettersson only took something like 140 faceoffs total, Draisaitl took 1269 and won 52% of them.
