And yesterday's launch was scrubbed. Delayed at least 24 hours (so sometime tomorrow). Haven't checked on the Falcon 9 launch set for today. Will check soon. Weather is now a factor through the weekend and into next week. Eta is taunting The American Dong.

I understand burying it in the ground nearby for the hea (if it's adequately wrappedt, like a luau pig), but the water is leeched with so many minerals that it'll ruin the taste. The article says it was only in a burlap sack, but I wouldn't try it without one of those ziplocks for sous vide.
