Get rid of the ads on your site. In the past week I’ve probably had 10 pop ups from Rogers saying I’ve won a loyalty gift, choose from iPhone Samsung or whatever. It’s bad enough your timed posts are 99% bogus, now I’m beginning to wonder if I’m gonna get a virus coming here! Stick to selling your season tickets (which I still haven’t received from winning a contest by the way...). For the record, naming 20% of the league teams “plus a few more” doesn’t sell anyone on your fake news. Of course a signing is imminent, he’s not gonna retire!

How is 1/6+ of the league as possibilities considered close to signing ? - Hesh_
Hoffman is a power forward with great hands. I'm sure more than 1/6th of teams are interested. If you read closely, Ek named 5 teams but also said a few other possibilities.

Hey EK WTF???? Hoffman to the canuckleheads???? They have no Cap space!!!! You probably voted for Donny Trump too! You have absolutely zero SOURCES!!!! You make up rumours that never happen, just like Fox News. You are a fake news insider!!! Fing CLOWN!!! - OKFlames
Hoffman won't be getting $6M. It could be a cheap 1-year deal. Canucks can maybe trade Eriksson to make room. Anyway, not every rumour makes sense until you know all the moving parts. He's just saying the Canucks are in on this. I believe it. He was 100% correct on the Canucks losing Markstrom to Calgary so there could be a source with inside knowledge at work.
This was maybe the second best post (behind the one outlining what a terrible GM Joe Sakic was) in the history of this site. Just chocked full of valuable information.
"Any team with the cap space to do so and a need for a high scoring defensively abysmal wing could sign one. Plus a few others may."

Hoffman is not taking a cheap one year deal. No one wants Ericsson. They have tried moving him. In Hoffman’s warped world he probably believes he gets more than Hall.

I trust Ek's sources on this over your speculation. Look at his track record during UFA signings. He said the Canucks would lose Markstrom to Calgary.
