He doesn't. Nor do you.
I have no clue what any of those other QB's past seasons have anything to do with this season.
Through 9 games....THIS Season... Josh Allen is elite. - sbroads24
He’s clearly a top 10 QB at this point.
Can debate on whether or not he’s a top 5 QB.
Regardless he’s good enough.
Just needs to play like this in the playoffs or at the very least not turn the ball over and not do whatever the hell he was doing in the 2nd half against the Texans last year in the wild card game |

It's clear to everyone except the two people who haven't moved off their stances from week 1. |

I’m curious as to why Seattle played so much man coverage when the Bills had struggled against zone the last few weeks.
It was a 50/50 split between zone and man. - Pegullaville
I completely agree with you. Seattle notoriously goes with more zone defense.
Jamal Adams blitzed a ton. So that is possibly why more man. The one time I can think of Adams in coverage. Diggs burned by him |

I really don’t think the majority of the positive tests are from restaurants/bars.
Private parties are the real bad thing. - hehateme
While I agree about the private parties thing, I would think bars are a YUGE contributor to the pandemic. A lot of close-proximity there, especially if there's (loud) music being played. You have to lean in to talk to someone so you can hear them. Even if there's not loud music being played, there's a lot of close proximity.
Regarding the private parties/gatherings, someone (Polancarcz ? Cuomo ?) should get the message out - something like "I implore all of you to reduce the number of guests at Thanksgiving this year - and as ridiculous as it sounds, please wear a mask at your Thanksgiving event !" ... something like that. Same thing for Christmas.
We're not going anywhere for Thanksgiving this year. No way.

The QBs I named are the consistent elite QBs of the last decade. Hence why they were considered “elite”
Allen putting together 5 out of 9 games doesn’t not put him in the elite category. Not even close.
And I could care less about 5 good games
If you did that. Fitzpatrick and Trent Edwards would be considered “elite” QBs for the bills
5 good games isn’t a big enough sample size to say josh Allen is elite |

It literally does not matter one bit if he had 9/9 good games or 1/9 good games.
It’s super simple
Through 9 games ....good ones AND bad ones... his statistics are elite. He’s been an elite QB in the 2020 season. Denying it is like denying oxygen exists |

He's played 9 games this season. Through 9 games..... His numbers combining ALL of those games are ...... Elite. Stop saying 5 or 6 games. It makes no sense.
Just take that L - sbroads24
He’s only played “elite” in 5 or 6 of them
This isn’t tough to get

What you’re failing to acknowledge is that
1 very good statistical season can be an OUTLIER
Look at Bortles, RG3, Lamar Jackson, etc etc etc
Consistently Playing really good is what makes u “elite”
9 games is not enough imo
Gotta prove it for longer |

The logic you are trying to apply is circular and makes absolutely 0 sense.
You keep saying his counterparts have been elite for multiple seasons or year over year great, so that’s why they are elite, correct?
Yet you keep pointing out “5 or 6 games out of 9” as if those 3 games he wasn’t great matter.
In reality, if your point is he needs to be elite for multiple seasons, to be considered in that category, and have his bad games not matter, then even if he was excellent 9 out of the 9 games, that shouldn’t change your stance.
So you should probably do one of two things
Take your big, fat, giant L like a man.
Or
Stop posting after every game about his few bad ones, and simply say nothing he does this season matters, at all, because in order to be judged, he needs to have multiple seasons of either good, bad, or elite play.
But since I know you won’t do the latter.....eat the L |

We do.
It would be one thing to say, credit Daboll with Allen’s success, or flat out say it’s an aberration and he’s not that good and will get worse.
But he seems to want to make the same lazy take each week with no substance, not really say anything either way, while trying to make sure we’re not getting too excited over Allen every single Sunday/Monday since week 1.

Crazy how a couple people on this board can’t enjoy how elite the Bills and Allen are playing. It’s like they don’t even watch the games and say the same crap week after week to be dbags. I’ve watched each game at least five times and Allen has been above average to elite in 8 of the 9 games. In the KC game he was slightly below average. For the two morons on this board, I recommend not only watching buffalo games but watching other quarterback games. If Allen turned the ball over 4 times like Wilson did, I can only imagine their reaction. |

To be fair to Wilson one turnover came on 4th and 1 and he was just throwing it up in the end zone as it would have been a turnover regardless. |
