Restaurants and bars now need to close at 10pm statewide. Can still do takeout after that.
Gyms need to close by 10pm.
No private gatherings of more than 10 people.

Man my mom is one of 6 and at one point in time all 6 of them were living at home with my grandparents which made 8.
Throw in both my great-grandmothers that makes 10...
How in the hell can they enforce this and if they did enforce it and there was someone who was given a citation or worse they would get that throw out in court as there is not a law that covers this.

There is an exception for households where 10 people already live. I have no idea how they enforce this.

Dogs and cats have to sleep outside. Fish and aquatic or semi aquatic vertebrates don't count towards the 10

just an fyi, here in ohio governor dewine has had a 10 pm last-call/11 pm close in place for months for restaurants and bars...must have everyone out by 11 or owners could lose their liquor license

I have zero problems with this. If fact when bars and restaurants were recently changed to midnight, I said it should be 10pm. Gym one makes sense. Also, I think 10 people for gatherings is still too many people. There's going to be a lot of kids coming home from college and that's gonna make the numbers climb. Wish more parents would say "Uh, no ... don't come home this Thanksgiving". I know I would say that to my kids (if they were in college), but I'm a heartless bastard, so you have to take that into consideration.
Next thing to worry about : Christmas. Damn, seems like there's like a holiday or stupid thing (St Patricks Day, Halloween) EVERY damn month ! We're screwed. Cancel all holidays 'til this thing is over !

Well can't tell them to not come home,a lot of College's are closing after the Thanksgiving Holiday and not restarting until after Jan.1st
