I think buy outs are done. If your team still sucks, I think you may have to hope that entry level players can surprise because they have been working their backsides off with all this time laid up. BIG mistake if they haven't. This is why GM's value and attempt to draft character. Sitting around with your buddies sucking pints and bopping groupies is a blast, but does little for your career.
