I don't think teams put much stock in +/- in todays game with all the information they now have; so your assuming the Flyers used +/- as the reason Hagg played? You cant speak for any team unless your involved in the decision making process.

I don't think a team will use +/- as their only basis for any decision they make on who does and doesn't play. That would be flat out not wise.
