Drunk and using said laptop. I got it for 300 bucks, upgraded the RAM myself from 16 to 32 for 30 bucks and installed Windows 10 etc. on it. Might need to buy a new battery at some point, it "only" lasts 3 hours from 100%. Takes about 10 minutes of labour. Hardware tech stuff outside of motherboard soldering is a (frank)ing money pit and waste of money. You can do it yourself 9/10.

You'd be surprised fido. Especially RAM. You can save a lot of money installing it yourself. It's really cheap to buy the sticks and you just need to unscrew the bottom (unless it's under the keyboard which is a little more annoying) and you can just smack them in.
