Thanks to all. I have been in 30+ years so far and still very much enjoy teaching and learning from the teams I am asked to lead. They endure thankless hours (we are at work now solving issues, and most of my team is standing watch 24/7) and many of my junior Sailors are paid far below what the deserve for the responsibilities we give them and the hours we ask them to work.

What I will say back the board at large...I appreciate each and every one of you. I learn something new every time I come in the board, and that is after Bill's education on Flyers' history. Keep it civil (probe at the idea, not the individual) as there is a wealth of information we can share with each other.

Have a great day, and take a moment to remember and reflect all that have been lost too early.
