I think it's because it's too widespread, you'll have this terrible piece of dry carrot cake under a plastic at the school cafeteria and judge carrot cakes baked on this. While other cakes are judges on cakes made on special occasions by a baker.

my mom is still alive but i lost my dad 15 years ago. it wasn't just my dad around then but i lost all my uncles and couple of aunts in 2-3 year period. plus 2 cousins.

It was hard.

And even if i'm an adult, engineer with a good job house ect.. your parents are your safety. After my mom passed I realised I was on my own now, nobody us going to bail me out if I (frank) up and need 2000$ at the end of the month for I don't know why. I felt like I was walking on a wire and they pulled the net under me. I know it's kinda selfish but I took a while before I lost that feeling
