Downtown is a gong show with the junkies and bums. The pockets you talk about are essentially a 5min drive away minimum and are okay, but not convenient. Being landlocked by bridges and ferries also sucks. I lived there a long time back in the day. It's affordable for a reason.

#92 Vasily Podkolzin is NOT in SKA's line-up this morning.

It appears though that he may have already been assigned to the Flag of Russia National U20 team. The U20s appear to have an exhibition game against Slovakia scheduled for SAT Nov 21.

We can probably do a very in depth analysis on this situation but it's more then likely Russia is getting their players together for the world junior tournament soon.
