I remember trying a pre-workout called 1MR (1 more rep), the old formula was banned from a lot of sports associations. when I tried it I realized why, I was so (frank)ing jittery I thought I was on speed or something, not a good feeling at all lol

maybe the one i had was spoiled or something. but it was bad enough that i never gave it another try.

have you tried the grape version? I doubt you'd find it as nasty (well unless you don't like grape flavor lol)

People do a lot of crazy poop preworkout but yeah a lot of those blends are full of whatever stimulants they can legally get through. I've always found a BAFC was all I've ever needed

As an aside, and apologies if it's been discussed, but I liked the new Flyers jersey. The black on the shoulders is a good look

yeah a BAFC or a pre-workout that has about the same amount of caffeine... sometimes those products are so strong it feels like you could sell them at rave parties

such a rip off. the whole bottle is puffed up with air, like a bag of chips. Once opened, a shot of air that smells like pissed out redbull hits you in the face and you have half a bottle left of redbull piss.
