Only for coffee and a few fruits...don't ask me why. Was a little dizzy and more tired than usual but was still able to run daily and train 5 times a week. Lasted for 2 weeks so i took a lot of CBD oil and added about a thousand calories a day and that's it. Oh and my throat was sore a bit but nothing untolerable, advils worked.
