No tin foil here man, do you not see the scheme? Do you not see the economic fact that the top 0.0001 percent has almost doubled their wealth since the pandemic began?
That mom and pop stores and face to face service retail stores are being squeezed right now?
Up until this point roughly 50 percent of wealth was held by roughly 1000 people and their immediate underlings. Since the pandemic began that number has creeped up to over 60 percent thus far. Read 1984 and look for the parable.
I'm saying that people are taking advantage of the pandemic and perpetuating fear to encourage their personal financial growth, nothing conspiring, just human nature but once you acquire such a vast amount of the earth's resources it becomes excessive and self feeding.
Certainly not all are idiots but you can't deny that there are a massive number of famous people with the ability to spread thoughts and ideas to huge groups of people that should have no business wielding that kind of power. It's a sad reality but North Americans are celebrity obsessed, with no regard for whether or not they are educated. - NorthNuck
I've never understood the insane fascination with celebrities from some people. I have a few on social media that talk about political things and mostly I just skip over that.

Yes, the pandemic has allowed the rich to get richer especially through the stock market. However, they took advantage of the situation. They did not create the event to take advantage of it. That's the conspiracy to which your tin foil hat is attuned.
The disparity between rich and poor has always been vast. The 20th century allowed the middle to creep up but those gains have been eroded. You can argue that it's the result of the system and you may be right in that it allows the rich/powerful to take advantage.
However, that doesn't mean that there is some grand worldwide conspiracy to enslave and impoverish the populace.

The great reset is deeply disturbing, not many know what it means but should research it. The social experiment in China with facial recognition and online tracking to develop a social score dictating where and how you can travel as well as what jobs you're able to apply for is where it's headed. Roll in the ethnic cleansing the CCP is engaged in and you have a scary new world order on the horizon. I wish people where less sheep like and researched this stuff. - Pres.cup

I could almost equate it to religion in the way that those conspiracy theories provide answers to all the questions we can't rationalize for ourselves.

The wealth gap has widened to greater then that seen in anytime in modern history, not since the fall of the feudal system have we seen the wealth focused in such a small percentage of people.
We operate in what's called a fiat currency, debts are leveraged as assets to create more money, this is also known as debt currency, if all the debt was repaid, no money would be in circulation. The hoarding of currency means that, on a meta level, over half the population of the western world has no means of repeating their debt, ever, not possible no matter how motivated they are.
The conspiracy is the elites using their resources to lobby for more growth, this is cause for the great reset, etc...
It doesn't have to be a cabal of people meeting to discuss the future, it can just be human greed individually taking advantage of a situation, it's still evil.
