Any i5/i7 after 4th gen with 8GB RAM and a 500GB HDD SATA (256 SSD is better though). You can run bare bones easily on a 150 buck laptop if you know what you're doing.

For what you're doing, that thing will fill your needs for awhile. Those new netbooks have ridiculous batteries too. If you got the money, that would be good. I'd also say you could save money by buying a blank comp and just loading Windows 10 Pro on your own, it'd save you 100 bucks normally.
