Yoga is legit though, but yeah there's a lot of commercialization of new agey, fluffiness in it. But it can be a profound spiritual practice too.

I used to have a colleague who would run a yoga class every Wednesday at lunch (small donation suggested to United Way). Oh my gosh, she kicked arses. It was a brutal strength workout.

She transferred and another woman took over. It was all new age shyte - breathing techniques to help you focus on achieving your goals, mental visualization, relaxing to cleanse your spirit, blah blah blah.

Teams may have offer sheeted players. But the player still has to sign it. Sergachev likely doesn't want to leave Tampa. So he's waiting for Brisebois to move salary which is easier said than done. Tampa has no leverage. Who wants 4 years of a declining Tyler Johnson at 5 mil AAV? Who wants 5 more years of Yanni Gourde at 5.3 mil AAV? Even Killorn has 3 more years left at 4.4 mil AAV. The NTC's make it even more difficult.

My guess is it's a shortened regular season and Brisebois places Stamkos on LTIR and then he miraculously returns for the Playoffs like Patrick Kane did years ago after Chicago traded for Vermette. I expect Sergachev, Cirelli and Cernak to accept bridge deals. It'll likely be for much less than what most people think they should get.
