Haha no, didn't go that far.

Then again, I was the one "catching" both babies so I couldn't just leave.

I did have a huge lasagna afterwards while the girlfriend ate a small fruit platter.

No but, my ex is in the hospital room for our 2nd, things seemed to be in a lull, not quite in full baby delivery mode yet. So i went to grab her a snack (at her request) and have a quick poo before things kicked into high gear.
Unfortunately both washrooms in our wing were closed or being cleaned so i went to another wing to do my business. While in the can, i thought i heard my name for some reason, but couldn't fully make out what was said....in mid push i guess lol. Finished my business, grabbed snacks and a Gatorade. Thought i heard my name again as i entered the elevator, but again didn't catch it all.
Anywho, i casually strole back into the room munching on a donut, the place is in full swing, nurses are like where the hell were you, shes about to pop. Shes screaming, things are hectic and then BAM...baby.
She had a snack waiting for her after her hardwork.
Im a great guy.

My mother in law went to the hospital to deliver my wife a few hours before my late father in law, because the Grey Cup was on. He claimed (rightfully so) that he knew it would be hours before the baby actually was born.
