What decline is so noticeable in Tanev?
If anything it’s the other way around.

- Nighthawk

The only real problem with Tanev is that he misses too many games. He's like the Ben Bishop of defensemen. I'd rate Tanev over Brodie when they're on the ice. But that's just it. I can't count on Tanev being on the ice consistently.

I only saw an article on the video game section of RDS (yes, for some reason, this thing exists) that it was coming as a standalone title as well.

https://jeuxvideo.rds.ca/...ind-disponible-pour-tous/

Once I get the actual link, I'll let you know.

If my rusty French is correct, it's saying that you still need NHL21 to buy it.

Pathetic that Trump couldn’t do better. Yet the moron still keeps clucking on about losing. Absolutely disgusting.

He's made over $207,000,000 from cult members sending money to his fake legal fund.

He knows he has lost. The only thing left to do is take his idiot followers for more money.

He's crazy like a fox.

No argument here. That still doesn’t justify either contract or term in this cap era. Neither is the solution let alone for 4 years.

What many Americans are failing to realize is that both the Democrats and the Republicans have very, very sophisticated, comprehensive election apparatuses for election day and beyond (a.k.a., ground game).

To suggest that one side or the other could stuff 120,000 extra ballots into a machine is franking laughable.

This is the thing that gets me. The sheer number of die-hard Republicans who have pointed out the required scope of the proposed electoral fraud would be impossible to manage. The number of dedicated career politicians on both sides of the aisle that it would take to pull of is unimaginable. It's the type of conspiracy thinking to make all other conspiracies seem unassailable. Maybe that's the point? If you can convince people of this, you can convince them of anything.

I have worked in IT for most of my life, and just seeing the things people say about Dominion or any voting software system is equally preposterous. These things need to be transparent, auditable, and having passed rigorous controls set forth by all parties including third parties in order for them to be in place.

Hmm. I may have misinterpreted the bolded.

I still fully expect it to be available to everyone down the line.

Woke up this morning to a giant turd of an "urgent need for your help on this, due EOD Friday" in my inbox.

They still haven't got me the stuff I need to complete the task, and now they are saying they can't get it to me until Monday.

I should be thrilled by this, but oddly enough, I'm pissed off.

Ok, so I get this. But what about the Russians? They managed to hack the election the first time completely and make Orange Man win.

Cults R Good.

Poor (frank)ing Biden. The well has been so poisoned. He's going to do everything he can to be calm and accommodating but the Trumpites but there's no way the Republicans will compromise with him. Any that do will be crucified by Trump and his cult.

They were thinking of interfering to try to convince Americans and the rest of the world that American democratic institutions were unstable, perhaps even rigged. What better way to show that the US was no better than Russia.

They decided, for some reason, that those efforts were not needed.

I don't think anyone was (or should have been at any rate) claiming it was _hacked_. Using social media to create undue influence and to target people with misinformation is somewhat different. I don't know if that would have swayed those who didn't want to be swayed anyway. Similar to Comey opening that investigation into Clinton a week prior the election - those who were opinion shopping found what they were looking for.

You know, I don't intent to jump in and talk politics or any such - but there just isn't any hockey stuff worth talking about.

Here: I like Holl. There, I've weighed in.

For this stuff, I want to blame Trump, but it's not really him. He's feeding the rage that's already there. The real problem is that no one is trying to solve the problem - instead they're leveraging it for an advantage that gains them the reins of power. Until people actually take the steps required to solve the problems, this raw nerve will be exposed and people will poke it when it's beneficial (while that's super high-level, I'm referring to wage inequity, the corruption or erosion of the "American dream", the high price of progress, and of course the ever present sense that race is behind it (I still think money is behind it; race is the scapegoat)).
