No, as follows:
-Girgensons probably ~10%
-Quinn vs Rossi is another ~10% , I think the pick between Rossi and Quin came down to position, after both players checked off certain Intangible Traits, Production and Skill boxes
- Moves not made ~5% ... but this looms bigger over the next month if no additional moves are made.

That rating will drop to say 50-60% if they dont make at least 1 and probably 2 of: i) properly balance the L vs R D, ii) Goalie, and iii) not getting a steady 1RhD partner for Dahlin.

I liked Girgs his first 2 seasons or so...then, the steady decline in his game began until becoming 4th line checking wing.
I'll go on record now...
If Girgs did indeed play well on Eichel and Halls line; that would be awesome...as it pushes Olofsson and Reinhart both down to line 3 to create a viable scoring threat while being defensively responsible. Girgs could also provide that back check support.

We shall see.
