I saw this on Twitter. A message from someone suggesting that any Drafted players should probably consult their team or agent before showing support for the anti-masker.
Anyway, which side would you like to argue? I’ll take the counter point. |

However, most teams are already tight against the salary cap, which has complicated his status and why he has waited this long. Hoffman has been talked about in a number of situations, including Nashville, Boston and Columbus with several other teams in the mix |

I'm pretty sure Nighthawk ruled I had won that one.
Seravalli notes that NHL players have the right to opt out of the 2020-21 season, but the league “may investigate any circumstances … that these provisions were intentionally used to, or had the effect of, circumventing the CBA” for salary cap purposes.

There goes the idea of LE skipping out to get Hoffman and Hamonic and Schneider |

I have a bad feeling about that guy, don't know why but I hope JB's not in on that.

Come on, just because he's like the offensive Barrie. Just kidding, he's not that bad. I can't say i've seen him play all that much since he left Ottawa but from what I have heard and read it was kind of the same, he could score goals but don't ask him to do much else. Maybe he just needs the right line mates. Like Sutter and Eriksson.
Worst case scenario is he turns out to be another Eriksson |

I believe (not sure) than anyone can refuse to work in a workspace they consider dangerous. So if you feel that going into a room or rink and having contact with multiple people during a pandemic is not safe , can they tell you you are faking it? |

Gary would never let the. Snicks get away with it. They could trade for a player like Hossa, who’s already gone and the NHL would be like “wait a second here, this sounds fishy, he can play”. |

Gary has let his favourites get away with doing that already. Lefty and I were discussing in the next CBA, there should be an automatic penalty for trading away a player who will be on LTIR for the rest of the career or like Datsyuk playing in a different league or like Pronger, working for the NHL.
3rd round pick forfeited in next draft. Plus whatever they are trading them for. |

It's not the talent end of it, I don't want JB to get into a bidding war for this guy. In a year the bad deals start to go away, don't add another unless it's on a short term team friendly deal.
