He's been mediocre at best and being played too high in the lineup with too many minutes a game has been a detriment to his linemates and this team.

Considering his agent went with the blunt “trade me or give me a contract” as opposed to the nice and polite “we’re just working on the details”... doesn’t seem like a happy family scenario

And see who his agent is. Are you surprised? Roslovic has a lot of guys a head of him, you see this all the time.

Should just sign Hamonic and Hutton to contracts, forget the PTO's AND sign Roslovic to a two year bridge deal, silly to trade him.

. I’d give them tryout deals to check them out but
I’m in no rush to sign more bottom pairing guys. I’d rather have Hutton and Hamonic on our team
Over Beaulieu and Sbiza but I dont want heinola, and
Samberg blocked and Poolman is a good third pair D who was forced to play way to much and top pair minutes last year.

I'd sign them both, the best place for Heinola is in Finland playing top minutes and sliding his ELC another year is good for the Jets long term.

The best place for Samberg is in the AHL, less pressure than in the NHL plus following the car accident he was in less pressure is probably needed for his mental health.

Poolman is fragile and has a history of concussions, I like him but I don't know how long he's gonna last.

I just see Hutton or Hamonic as more capable of top 4 minutes if one of the top 4 guys gets hurt then anyone else the Jets currently have.

Whatever though, if they go with what they got then so be it, this season will be pretty wide open though so if the injury bug hits (which it always seems to to the Jets D) and the spare dmen aren't up to the task we might be wishing we'd signed one or two of these guys when they were available for next to nothing.
