The Russians played like it was an exhibition game they had no wish to grind it out with Canadians. They didn't have to send a message, but get through, and save it for the playoffs.

We'll probably see beast mode PODZ later. But I liked it when the little worm on TSN said he's been quiet; and, right on que, solo rushed for good chance on net.

Pretty boring game. Started okay for the first 10 minutes then no hitting and sloppy play

I only caught the last 12 minutes. Didnt stand out, had a bad give away but Larry had him on the ice for the last couple of minutes like you say so he must have been solid enough in the 50 min I didnt see.

Dumb as a bag of hammers but he had a very high hockey IQ.

He also was the reason for a rule change. Remember the basketball type post-up in front of the crease and push off the dman? Such a great power move until the league screwed him. How many players can say they affected a rule change?

Sources say the 5 provinces have requested additional testing procedures, or have asked the NHL to consider a “bubble” model. If bubble isn’t an option for NHL, sources say a delay to start of season has also been suggested. The NHL is working on a response. Ongoing discussions.

Are borders closed again in all provinces?

People have been going in and out of provinces all year for work. It's not as if they are interacting with the public.

This is there job, not as if they are going to the rink for beer league, going to a buddy's house for a beer, off to a different job and back again. Well at least I hope not.
