Soderberg is a good pickup. Love how he plays. Physical, aggressive, two-way center who can still contribute offensively.

Just don't see where he fits exactly. In this crazy season that's condensed and may have COVID rearing its ugly head, having more players isn't a bad thing I guess.

Let's also not forget about the Swedish connection that may be tickling Colliton's fancy right now.

There has been no sign of contract negotiations going on between the Hawks and Strome and his agent, so Stanbo turned the screw just a little tighter by signing Soderberg.

Actually, I don't think the GM or Coach want to make any significant commitment to Strome, they will sign him for a little over the QO for a year or 2 but thats about it. Or dump him to a team like Detroit.

Kudos to Bowman for jumping in on Soderberg right after Dach got hurt. He wasn't going to get stuck overpaying a plodder like Strome.

Because he not a game breaker, not a burner but a good thinker all of the sheet.

The chose Reichel because THEY think he has huge upside offensively and Dawson not so much.
