Cup winner baby.

I say this in all honesty. The thing I love most about Sutter's game is how much it pisses off an entire fan base.

I thought he was good in the playoffs for us.

For Toronto Maple Leafs? Thornton and Speeza are 3rd and 4th line centres.

Toronto keeps talking about improving their defence, except they keep looking at it the entirely wrong way.

They did add Hobey Baker winner Jimmy Vesey but he's still not as good as our Hobey Baker winner Adam Gaudette.

Much like Beags and Sutter help us here wouldn't be shocked to see Thornton and Spezza contributing in TO. TO's lack of depth really hurt them in the PO's but hey...they have 10 players making less than 1 mil...

A few of the guys watched the Comets last year like Brooksie NYNuck Myself and Manvan . We have a small idea of what to expect this year with some of the D prospects. I have never seen Rathbone play so I won't comment on him but I would be interested to see what they think of the D prospects.

Sautner and Briesbois are pretty close skill wise . We have seen a small sample size and what you see is what you get. I would compare them to a Fantenberg . I don't really see either one playing over 100 career NHL games but could get a one year hold my spot opportunity.

Chatfield I definitely would start him off and compare him to Stecher. I don't think his ceiling would ever be higher than a 5/6 guy short term.

Rafferty is skilled but I guess the knock on him is the play in his own end. I did not really notice it but some have complained .I will start him out with a Tyson Barrie comparison but could see him reaching higher with more experience experience.

OJ does have the best chance. I will say he starts off like Fantenberg but will develop into a Ristolainen. His hockey skills will be very good but he will drive you nuts at times in his own end.

OJ's biggest obstacle/challenge is staying healthy. I hope Rathbone is at a similar stage at camp and keeps him honest.

I agree but realistically your season ticket holders won’t stand for it and a franchise can’t sustain itself without a constant and consistent pool of season ticket holders.

When I worked for the Aquarium, the executives would say the same... without the consistent membership (and catalogue sales) the Aquarium would sink.

Many said Corey Perry was toast too but man did he help Dallas in the PO's?
