Smart move to put a lot of the money in the 2nd year, so if BJ want to keep him the next contract/offer sheet will have to be in the $7 mil range

Let’s see how the Hawks deal with Dach when he becomes an RFA before saying DannybWirtz is dollar Bill. Strome has not come close to performing like DuBois has. Plus we don t know what Strome is asking for. What if he is asking DuBois money? Would you pay him?

I would be more concerned if Pat Brisson said the Hawks handling of Toews is horrible, which he has said the opposite. Brisson is the preeminent agent in the league. The Scott Boras of the NHL.
