I got a little excited when I thought Mitch could be the answer at QB and that quickly dissipated.

Now they've figured out how to use him and put pts on the board and our defense has gone away.

Pagano's got to dial up some blitzes and if Mack and hopefully Quinn can get to Rodgers and make things uneasy, they have a shot.

With Pagano as D coordinator i still feel we are going to have to outscore GB. Our only hope is if the Oline can continue to create holes for 32. Once Mustipher replaced Coward the oline had been outstanding. My wish is to see the Bears run over GB nickel defense like the 49ers did last year.

I just don't want to see Pagano rush 3 or single coverage on Adams. If Rodgers is going to beat us today that's fine i just want Adams to be mugged all game and frustrated. They need a 3 and out mentality not bend and spend all day on the field don't break defense.

I don’t know much about him to be honest, Dubois and Strome are centers, and Marino is a defenseman that has played one year in NHL after three years at Harvard. He was drafted in 2015 in the 6th round. He had 26 points in his rookie season and was a +17. Maybe others here know more about him, I was just surprised when I saw the signing. So basically no comparison, I just thought the AAV was high for this guy that I never heard of before.

Yeah that was a recipe for disaster last time. I think the only time someone laid a finger on Rodgers resulted in an Akiem Hicks penalty.

According to the Athletic, the Islanders are officially not releasing their camp roster today and the Flames are the 3rd team to not release their roster yet.

Not sure why the delay as it's fairly predictable with a Strome being the lone wild card and a few rookie spots that could be a mix of prospects.

Even if they release today and not list Strome then re-sign him within a few days, it's not the end of the world to add him to the roster and subtract a rookie.

Agree with MjulQvist that the Blackhawks aren't doing a good job living up to the value of being transparent on the very first day.

Skrine was terrible. He was getting burned all season on 3rd down. Vildor has been okay but he no Johnson. Fuller is going to have to man up on Adams all day and let someone else beat them. Gonna have to stop the run. Hopefully they break Rodgers early. Like Theisman break him.

I'm a little confused by the 36 skater limit as I've seen some team camp rosters that have more than that number.

One team had 5 goalies (doesn't count toward the limit) and 39 or 40 skaters.

One other tidbit to pull from Powers' article is that today is just performing physicals on the players before on-ice activities can start tomorrow.

Gonna need to take some chances and push the ball downfield a bit. Can't keep throwing 3 yard passes.

Pagano sucks. What defense leaves a LB covering a WR? Can't get the ball at the 20 and run 3 times unless you plan on going or it on 4th down. FG do you no good.
